Drivers of Economic Growth in the Zone
Govt. of India has recently proposed and developing Delhi Mumbai Industrial Corridor (DMIC) a dedicated freight corridor for free flow of the goods, with the collaboration of Government of Japan. A 90 Billion Dollars (USD) project. They have identified various regions for investments and 49% of total beneficiary zone by the said DMIC is surrounded by our project. It is centrally located on Geographical Map of Strong Seven Satellite Towns to name the few.
Within the radius of 7 Kms to the South-West of proposed Gulmohar woods at GLOBAL ECO CITY there is Haryana’s new upcoming Mega Industrial Township on 4000 acres of land known as BAWAL-GROWTH CENTRE attracting Billions of Dollars investments. Within the radius of 10 kms, North-East of the Gulmohar Woods there are three industrial towns of RICCO namely.
Tapukra where HONDA has acquired 600 acres of land and investing USD 550Million, other HONDA ancillaries are Investing USD750Million for export of cars to UAE, EU and South Africa. First production lot will be in the month of November 2009. Another 300 companies are already fully operational have invested Billions of Dollars here.
Khuskhera witnessed mega investment by many companies in this zone on 1200 Acres (Approx.)of, Land to name the few Shree Cement, Paramount Cable etc.
Where global investment by varied foreign companies has already been witnessed. And it is developing at an amazingly high speed. Further down to Jaipur, RIICO has developed 3-major Industrial Townships namely.
  • Shahjhanpur: Within the radius of 20 km. South-West of project on NH-8 is Shahjhanpur. It is spread over (Approx.) 700 Acres of land has already attracted Foreign Direct Invests to name the few Electrolux and Videocon etc.
  • Neemrana: Neemrana is central alignment of (SNB) Shahjhanpur - Neemran Behror Urban Complex and is expected to drive 70% of total industrialization in North India and NCR by Foreign Direct Investments.

    JETRO (Japan External Trade Organization) and RICCO are jointly developing a self sustainable Global City of International standards with an amazingly high speed for foreign investors in India.

    RICCO has already allotted (approx 4000 acres) land for Indians and Foreign corporations. The roads, street lights, common infrastructure and widening of NATIONAL HIGHWAY NO.8 is in Progress at a very rapid speed. JAPANESE CORPORATIONS are named as JAPAN INVESTMENT ZONE.

  • Behror: Behror is located at the South-West on NH-8 and at a 20 minutes drive from the Gulmohar Woods Residential. It is already operating with mega industrial units and knowledge based enterprises like Raffle University Singapore, Rai University and many more.
