Considering the influx of global corporate community on NH-8 and the requirements for the residents living in the residential areas nearby, Falcon Realty Services Pvt. Ltd. presents Super Bazaar as part of its 'Global Eco City' project on NH8 expressway, NCR.

Super Bazaar offers an assortment of cross-section of multi-utility retail formats of shops mainly catering to residents living in the township. The project is spread over an area of 25,000 sq. ft. The expected occupancy in the surroundings of Super Bazaar is 5,000 per year till 2015 and an additional 10,000 by 2016 onwards.

The project is designed by British Architect Teelock Associates. The shop sizes of Super Bazaar vary from 350 sq. ft to 540 sq. ft and each shop is priced at 10,000 per sq. ft. The rental opportunity of each shop will be approximately 100 per sq. ft per month initially.

The development work is already under progress and is slated to be completed by December 2014.

Commenting on the Super Bazaar concept, Bhim Yadav, Chairman and Managing Director, Falcon Realty Services Pvt. Ltd. said, "With the launch of Super Bazaar, we are aiming at bringing a world-class shopping experience to residents within a short walking distance from home. We are already in talks with domestic and international brands planning to set up their outlets in Super Bazaar."

   Location Advantage
The Global Eco City project is strategically located on National Highway 8 (Expressway) leading to Honda Car Plant, Kotkassim, Greater Bhiwadi on the Delhi-Mumbai Industrial Corridor (DMIC). This project is a 45 minute signal free drive from IGI Airport, Delhi, and 30 minutes from Iffco Chowk, Gurgaon. The corridor is attracting heavy investments from Japanese, European and American countries. Known by few, Honda Motors, Asahi Glass, Mobis, Saint Gobain and Musasi, Harley Davidson, among others have already set up the world’s largest car and glass plant in the Corridor.
